May 2007 was our first ever time to head to Balmoral show as exhibitors. In what turned out to be a very wet dull day, we made our way to the cattle lawn with our commercial charolais heifer Snowy, with little expectations, however in what turned out to be a great day, we ended up winning Overall Heifer champion and then Overall Commercial Supreme Champion, under judge Leo Mc Enroe from Southern Ireland. Snowy went on to Allams later in the year winning the Senior Charolais Heifer class.
